1997 Herne Bay Church?

These two photos have a date stamped on the back of Jan 18th 1997 – the day the photos were printed. This would put the car in Herne Bay and in the possession of the second owner Marie Smyth of St Anne’s Drive. We have yet to get a positive ID on the location but now we can perhaps narrow down the search area.
